Travelling by car

Drive into Ahornberg and immediately take the first road to the left (at the bus stop) signposted Atemhaus. Then turn left again uphill at the war memorial (signposted Atemhaus). Then it's always steep up the hill... approx. 3 km. Always follow the main road, which bends to the right once. Don't go straight there, but keep to the right and up the hill. Keep going until you come to a T-junction. Turn left down the hill (signposted Atemhaus) until you reach us. The road ends here. If there is snow, you will definitely need winter tyres, possibly even snow chains or at least an agreement with us. A little adventure, but very beautiful and you just have to watch out for deers or rabbits on the way...

If you are coming from Bayreuth, listen to your satnav for most of the journey, only the last stage needs an explanation. If you are coming from Bayreuth, your sat nav may want to guide you via "Dennhof" or "Lienlas". Don't listen to it, otherwise you will end up in the forest on a route that requires a four-wheel drive or tractor, i.e. you have to always via Ahornberg arrive.

Coming from Munich, drive through Immenreuth and after approx. 1 km turn right to Ahornberg (signposted Seminar Centre Atemhaus). If you are coming via Bayreuth, the turn-off to Ahornberg is before Immenreuth (to the left).
