Room booking for participants
Cancellation:
- We charge a processing fee of €25 per person up to 14 days before the start of the seminar.
- Up to 7 days before the start of the seminar 50% will be charged, in case of later cancellation (6 - 0 days) the full amount for board and lodging is due.
- In the event of early departure or cancellation of the seminar, we are unfortunately unable to refund any services not used.
How to book a room for an internal INBREATH seminar or training module:
A special price applies for our INBREATH students.
Please get in touch exclusively in writing via our web form.
- Our prices are all-inclusive offers consisting of accommodation and vegetarian full board (excluding seminar or module costs). Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse meals not taken or overnight stays not utilised due to late arrival or early departure.
- One day costs €55.00 for accommodation in a double or triple room with full board (the price does not include the seminar fee). For the occupancy of a single room (if capacity is available) there is an additional charge of €10 per day.
- If you do not wish to stay overnight with us, please let us know. Guests who do not stay overnight with us pay a daily flat rate of €12, which includes the costs of using the seminar room, refreshments during breaks and catering during the seminars.
- We charge a surcharge of €12 (vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free) and €15 (histamine or fructose intolerance, other allergies and special requests) for special diets. If you have a histamine, fructose intolerance or other allergies, please call us (09642-6913100) at least 14 days before the event so that we can discuss together what is possible.

You are welcome to share a guest room with another guest or several guests. We kindly ask you to print out the following form in advance, fill it in and send it back to us signed (scan/photo would be sufficient). Without this declaration of consent, room sharing is unfortunately not possible. We ask for your understanding.
