What was my birth like and how did I grow up? These questions and experiences shape our world view and our natural self-image. Most of our deepest fears are rooted in the root chakra. It's about belonging, self-acceptance and finding your place in the world. Basic trust and do I feel secure in myself and my world?
Together, we cleanse and strengthen our root chakra. This gives us clarity and strength and helps us find a new sense of self. We develop a feeling of belonging, greater self-confidence and inner stability. With two cleansing and strengthening breathing sessions.

Arrival: Friday afternoon/evening (travel by car or train)
Start: 7 p.m. Dinner 8 p.m. Short introduction round & breathing exercises
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Topic, processes, breathing session
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Topic, processes, breathing session
