Description: Childhood and family dynamics
In this module of our training programme to become a professional breathwork therapist, we focus on in-depth emotional work with the Inner Child, as developed by Bradshaw and Chopich. This is complemented by an introduction to Transactional Analysis as developed by Berne, as well as to family dynamics and the systemic approach as developed by Hellinger.
Other key areas of the module include various forgiveness techniques and the process of breaking free from automatic behavioural and relational patterns. This work fosters a deeper understanding of unconscious conditioning and emotional dynamics.
Among other things, we use guided meditations and creative visualisations, such as the ‘safe inner place’. We also teach bonding and bounding techniques in breathwork as an important foundation for safe process facilitation and emotional integration.
