Cancellation policy for event organisers
A deposit is required to confirm a booking:
€500 for larger groups
€300 for smaller groups
The deposit is due upon signing the tenancy agreement, but no later than 6 months before the event.
The following conditions apply in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 60 days before the event: Refund of the deposit paid, less an administration fee of 50 €.
Up to 30 days before the event: Refund of the deposit paid, less an administration fee of 150 €.
Up to 14 days before the event: The deposit will be retained in full.
From 7 days before the event: The full amount for the booked event is due.
Right of cancellation for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activities.
Note on the right of withdrawal for services subject to specific deadlines
For bookings of Accommodation, meals, events and other time-specific services is in accordance with Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB): no statutory right of withdrawal, provided that a specific date or period has been agreed for the service.

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (ATEMevents GmbH, Poppenberg 5, 95505 Immenreuth, Germany, telephone number: +49 9642 – 6913 100, email address: mail@atemhaus-hubertushof.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not compulsory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
