The\u00a0Hirschberg and Heidweiher ponds in the Gabellohe<\/strong> is a Nature reserve<\/a>\u00a0near\u00a0Immenreuth<\/a>\u00a0in the\u00a0Upper Palatinate<\/a>\u00a0District of Tirschenreuth<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Bavaria<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The nature reserve is located 3 kilometres southwest of Immenreuth. It is part of the Haidenaabtal and Gabellohe FFH area.<\/p>\n\n

The 28-hectare area is the eastern part of a large protected area complex, the majority of which is located in Upper Franconia (Haidenaabtal and Gabellohe nature reserve<\/a>). The protected area essentially comprises wetland habitat types with endangered animal groups and as such is of supra-regional importance. It offers the local birdlife a habitat with necessary food sources and breeding opportunities. This area is home to numerous\u00a0Succession stages<\/a>\u00a0of siltation and bog formation.<\/p>\n\n

The nature reserve was designated on 20 August 1982.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
